Message	If you live in Washinton state youre shafted though.. they go by the blue book value. (wtf) so even if you ge an awsome deal on a car say 2k for a 10k car you pay taxes from 12k since their pricing systme is made to rip you off.. It sucked the system went into effect 1 day before I registered my z. I had a receipt for 2k but they taxed me on 14k. Anyway if I did actually buy the car for 2k the texes would have almost equaled the amout I payd for the car.
